Our approach
How we charge
In most cases, our fees are based on the time spent on your case and the solicitor’s hourly rate. The hourly rate varies depending on the solicitor’s experience and the complexity of your case. We will also consider other factors, such as the value of the matter and the potential risks involved.
In some cases, we may be able to offer a fixed fee for your case. This means that you will know exactly how much you will be charged upfront, regardless of how long it takes to resolve your case. Fixed fees are typically available for more straightforward matters, such as wills and probate.
For more complex matters, such as litigation or family law, we will typically charge an hourly rate. This means that you will be charged for the time that we spend working on your case. We will keep you updated on our progress and provide you with regular estimates of your fees.
